1. Delivery Timeframe

All Orders will be delivered within 5–7 business days. Business days mean Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays.

2. Order Processing

  • Order confirmation: After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email / SMS with your order number and summary.
  • Processing time: Typical processing time is 24–48 hours before the order is handed to the shipping partner (unless otherwise specified on the product page).
  • Same-day or expedited processing: If you select an express shipping option (when available), processing and delivery targets will be updated accordingly.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location, parcel weight, promotional offers, or shipping partner. Free shipping promotions will be applied automatically if the order meets the conditions described on the promotion.

4. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email / SMS containing tracking information (if provided by the carrier).
  • Use the tracking link to check expected delivery date and real-time status. If tracking information is unavailable, please allow 24 hours for carrier updates.

5. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, additional delivery fees or return-to-sender charges may apply. We may contact you to arrange re-delivery at your expense.

6. International Shipping

If we offer international shipping, additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated. Delivery times for international orders may vary and will be longer than domestic shipments.

In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible, but we cannot be held liable for delays outside our control.
